Overview Our client are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner - Provide information about products and services - Assist customers with orders, refunds, and exchanges - Upsell products where appropriate - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Liaise with work shop production leaders reference clients needs
Experience - Proficiency in English language essential - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Previous experience in a customer service role warehouse/workshop based is advantageous - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Excellent problem-solving skills
