Our client based in Camberley is looking for an experienced Sales Team Administrator/Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be working in a leading FMCG food related company with over 35 years of supplying Southeast Asian food products . Our client have grown to become the largest and leading importer of Filipino products into the UK and Ireland.
You will be responsible for:
-Communicating with customers
-Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
-Point of contact for the sales team out in the field
-Liaising with dispatch couriers freight forwarders clearing agents and haulage companies
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service
-Ensure stock requirements for the office are ordered in a timely manner
Requirements:
-Excellent organisational and time management skills
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team
-Have good excel skills
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (desired not essential)
-Strong employment history
Experience:
-Sales office
-Dispatch
-Bookkeeping or accountancy practice
-Clear IT written and verbal capabilities
Working hours are 8.30-5.30 Monday-Friday.
Offering between £24,000-26,000 PA DOE.
