Operating in the water technology sector, our client is a start-up disruptive technology company offering the world's first self-service, easy access, ultra-pure water distribution network. Having recently entered a period of rapid growth our client are looking to build upon their existing Sales Team with a new Telesales Section on a Temp to Permanent opportunity.
Job Description
This role will be based at their head office in Frimley, reporting directly to the Concessions BDM.
Our client are seeking driven and enthusiastic telesales professionals to join their new team and play a critical role in scoring new sites for them. This role offers a competitive hourly rate plus an attractive commission structure, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive on achieving targets and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume cold calling (all leads supplied/KPI’s to be agreed) to engage with site owners, present proposals, and arrange surveys with Landlords.
- Secure sites by closing leads after surveys have been completed.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and obtain necessary approvals for projects.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including outreach and follow-ups across various locations.
- Maintain a high level of productivity by meeting and exceeding weekly targets for securing sites.
- Display resilience and adaptability when handling objections or rejections, maintaining a proactive approach to the next opportunity.
Key Attributes
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls daily while keeping organized and efficient.
- Resilience and tenacity to thrive under pressure and handle rejections professionally.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve results and earn performance-based commissions.
